Agritech

Agritech
In order to provide safe and delicious food, we provide environmental monitoring IoT services for land-basedaquaculture, hydroponics, and aquaponics.
What We Cover

01
Land-based Aquaculture
Farming fish and seafood in closed land-based facilities. Precise control of water temperature, pH, and dissolved oxygen drives quality and yield.

02
Hydroponics
Soilless cultivation using nutrient solutions. Stable production requires control of room temperature, humidity, light intensity, and EC.

Aquaponics
A circular farming method combining aquaculture and hydroponics. Success depends on managing both land and water data together.

What is Aquaponics?
Aquaponics is a combination of "Aquaculture" and "Hydroponics". Aquaponics grows fish and vegetables together. When the fish eat the bait and provide nutrients in the form of their "waste," or excrement, the bacteria decompose it and produce nutrients for the plants. The plants use the nutrients for growth, and the purified water is returned to the fish tanks. Since there is no drainage, the environmental load is low, and pesticides and chemical fertilizers cannot be used due to protect living fish. This new method is in the spotlight as an eco-friendly and sustainable recycled farming method, which can be said “Organic cultivation with water instead of the soil”.
Challenges of land-based aquaculture, hydroponics, and aquaponics
High initial cost for facility-based farming
Specialized knowledge in water & environmental control
Optimal conditions vary by species and crop

Data-driven cultivation not yet widespread
Solution
SMART AGRICULTURE & AQUACULTURE
IoT
We have developed an IoT service to solve the challenges of land-based aquaculture, hydroponics, and aquaponics.
Mana system
Super Appli has developed the "Mana System," which enables IoT sensor-based visualization, data management, and environmental control for land-based aquaculture, hydroponics, and aquaponics. The name "Mana" derives from Japanese words for vegetables and seafood, the food "manna" from the Old Testament, and the Melanesian word for "mysterious power."

FEATURE 1 ―Centralized data management
Mana System centrally manages combined land and water data required for land-based aquaculture, hydroponics, and aquaponics.

FEATURE 2 ―Real-time remote monitoring
Monitor remotely in real time using smartphone, PC, or tablet. No site visits required.

FEATURE 3 ―Subscription-based service
Calibrated sensors are shipped on a regular basis. No sensor maintenance or reagent checks required.

Announcement
We would like to express our sincere gratitude for the many requests for tours of the Mana's vegetable garden.
Regarding the tours, priority will be given to those who are considering implementing the "Mana System".
If you are not interested in implementing the "Mana System" and just want to see the aquaponics, you can attend the open day that will be held in the future.
The specific schedule for the next open day will be announced on the website as soon as it is finalized.
